How do I register in the 1st year?
The registration is the first step in the admited candidate's evolution in the first year, by filing in the registration documents and by receiving the student ID.
By filling in the registration form and by the Rector's aproval, a unique code is given to each student, a code which is valid the entire academic period within the faculty the candidate was admited.
The 1st year's registration file contains:
- the registration form for the 1st year of the studies
- the bachelor diploma in original
- the birth certificate in authorized copy
- documents to certify the changing of the name in authorized copy (if needed)
- medical certificate
During the academic years, the student's file is completed with:
- registration forms for each academic year
- necessary documents to receive a scholarship according to the law
- the forms for the optional disciplines
- the documents certifying the studies done in other universities in the country or abroad and the obtained grades
By entering the faculty each student receives:
- a student ID
- a student card
The students ID's significance is the same as any other ID's. The student's card will contain all the grades obtained for each exam or other forms of verifying the knowledges. To be valid, each documents are signed by the dean at the beginning of each academic year.
