Leonardo
The application to participate in the Leonardo da Vinci projects can be submited by a Coordinator which is an institution/an organism.
In any Leonardo da Vinci project, the Coordinator has a certain number of Partners, which also have to be institutions/ organisms.

According to the Council Decision nr. 1720/2006 regarding the ongoing program of learning, the acces to this program is opened to all public or private institutions or organism such as:
- Institutions or organizations that teach the domains covered by the Leonardo da Vinci program;
- Associations or representatives involved in education or in professional training, including students, parents or teaching staff associations;
- Factories, social partners or other representatives of the labour market, including chambers of commerce or commerce organisations;
- Organisms involved in orientation, counceling and information regarding any aspect of the ongoing learning;
- Research centres and other organisms involved in the ongoing learning;
- High education institutions;
- NGO's;
Attention! Other persons (young people, adults or staff) can be part of the mobility project only if they have been chosen by an organisation that is on the lis of partners within the project. The mobility beneficiaries' age is situated between 15 and 65 years old.
